Keep Calm and Carry On
Keep Calm & Carry On is a six week group for young people who have issues with anger and recognise anger is stopping them living fully, enjoying their lives and getting on with the people around them. This is a ‘group’ not a course, which means that whilst the group leader will share information about anger and what is known about anger from professional studies it is more important that each person works out what anger means to them and how they can to manage it better for them self. You won’t be lectured or made to write down lots of stuff. Download KCCO leaflet | View the KCCO Poster
