Volunteer Roles

Right Here has different volunteer roles which are outlined briefly below. Full role descriptions are available to download which give more specific details and information about each role.

If you are aged between 16 and 25, there are different opportunities for you to get involved.

Activities Volunteers

Activities volunteers will assist in the planning and delivery of a programme of resilience-building activities for young people aged 16 – 25 years, who may be vulnerable to developing mental health issues. Volunteers also contribute to the development and direction of the Right Here project and its decision-making process. download role description

Campaign Volunteers

Campaign volunteers will assist in the planning, development and implementation of the campaigning work of Right Here Brighton and Hove, to promote the emotional and mental wellbeing of young people aged 16 – 25. This involves publicising and promoting the key messages of Right Here, and health promotion initiatives to increase and improve service accessibility for young people. download role description

Research & Evaluation Volunteers

Research & Evaluation volunteers will help develop, support and implement the evaluation of Right Here Brighton and Hove, helping to assess the project’s outcomes on the resilience and emotional wellbeing of young people aged 16 – 25, and the impact of the project on the wider community. download role description
